About Us
Government Degree College Pulwama is a premier institution of higher learning of district Pulwama Kashmir (J&K). It is an affiliate college of the University of Kashmir, Srinagar. It was established on January 15, 1986. Initially functioning from a secondary school building in Pulwama town, the college later shifted to the present campus in 2001. It earned recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in 2004 under 12(b) 2(f). The college stands accredited Grade A, with 3.12 CGPA starting 5th April, 2022.
